Vì một ngành cà phê Việt Nam bền vững

Tôi đến với cà phê không phải bằng tham vọng,
mà bằng tình yêu.

Yêu đất đỏ bazan đã nuôi hạt mầm qua nắng gió.
Yêu mùi hoa cà phê tinh khiết mỗi sớm mùa nở trắng.
Yêu người nông dân lặng lẽ dầm mình cùng nương rẫy,
đổ mồ hôi nhiều hơn số lần được gọi tên trong chuỗi giá trị.
Yêu hạt cà phê – mộc mạc, khiêm nhường nhưng mang trong mình câu chuyện của cả một vùng đất.

Một hành trình dài làm tôi nhận ra một điều:

Cà phê Việt Nam không thiếu tiềm năng,
chúng ta chỉ thiếu sự liên kết.
Chúng ta không thiếu nỗ lực,
chỉ thiếu một con đường chung để cùng đi.

Nếu mỗi người làm một kiểu, chúng ta chỉ có sản lượng.
Nếu chúng ta cùng làm một hướng, chúng ta sẽ có tiếng nói.
Nếu ta làm bằng trái tim, chúng ta sẽ có giá trị.
Nếu ta làm cùng nhau, chúng ta sẽ có tương lai.

Với tinh thần đó, V Cafe Culture được khởi sinh –
không phải để trở thành một thương hiệu,
mà để trở thành một hệ sinh thái kết nối.

Nơi:

• Nông dân được tôn trọng và có vị thế đúng nghĩa.
• Chất lượng được chuẩn hóa, minh bạch và tự hào.
• Giá trị được chia sẻ công bằng, không ai bị bỏ lại phía sau.
• Cà phê không chỉ là nông sản, mà còn là văn hoá, đạo đức và bản sắc Việt.

Chúng tôi tin rằng:

Muốn đi nhanh thì đi một mình,
muốn đi xa phải đi cùng nhau.

Chúng tôi không tìm những người hoàn hảo,
chúng tôi tìm những người cùng trăn trở.
Không tìm những tổ chức lớn,
chúng tôi tìm những trái tim lớn.

• Nhà rang xay đặt lương tâm cao hơn lợi nhuận,
• Quán cà phê muốn kể câu chuyện tử tế,

Chúng tôi mời bạn đi cùng.

Không phải đi sau, cũng không ai đi trước,

• Thị trường quốc tế nhắc đến Việt Nam bằng sự tôn trọng,
• Người trẻ tự hào chọn cà phê là sự nghiệp,
• Và người Việt có thể mỉm cười khi nói: “Đó là cà phê của chúng tôi – tử tế và khác biệt.”

Hành trình lớn cần những bước chân nhỏ, nhưng cùng nhịp.
Thay đổi lớn cần những trái tim nhỏ, nhưng cùng hướng.

Nếu bạn cảm thấy trái tim mình rung lên khi đọc những dòng này,
đó là lúc chúng ta đã gặp nhau đúng thời điểm.

A Call for Unity – For a Sustainable Vietnamese Coffee Future

Dear friends, partners, farmers, roasters, and coffee lovers,

I came to coffee not through ambition,
but through love.

Love for the fertile basalt soil that quietly nurtures each coffee seed.
Love for the white coffee blossoms that carry hope every early season.
Love for the farmers whose hands shape the future of coffee, yet whose names are rarely spoken in the final value of a cup.
And above all, love for the coffee bean itself—humble, resilient, and rich with the story of its homeland.

Through many years walking alongside coffee, I realized one truth:

Vietnamese coffee does not lack potential.
It lacks connection.
It does not lack effort.
It lacks a unified path to walk together.

If we move individually, we will only have output volume.
If we move together, we will have a voice.
If we work with integrity, we will have value.
If we stand side by side, we will have a future.

With this belief, V Cafe Culture was born—
not to become a brand,
but to become a connecting ecosystem.

A place where:

• Farmers are honored, empowered, and fairly rewarded
• Quality is standardized, transparent, and proudly traceable
• The coffee value chain is balanced and fair
• Coffee is recognized not only as a commodity, but as culture, identity, and dignity

We believe deeply in this:

If you want to go far, go together.”

We are not looking for perfect people.
We are looking for people who care.

Not the biggest organizations—
but the biggest hearts.

So today, this letter is a call.

To farmers who want to grow coffee consciously and sustainably.
To roasters who put integrity above profit.
To coffee shops who want to tell honest stories, not just serve drinks.
To partners and organizations who believe change must be built from the roots.
And to anyone who believes Vietnamese coffee deserves a better future.

We invite you to walk with us.

Not behind.
Not ahead.
But beside each other.

So one day:

• Farmers no longer fear unstable prices,
• Vietnamese coffee is recognized by the world with respect,
• Young generations proudly choose coffee as a meaningful life-path,
• And consumers everywhere know that Vietnamese coffee stands for trust, quality, and authenticity.

Great journeys are made of small steps—taken together.
Big change begins with small actions—taken with shared intention.
